XC90 Displays and connectivity
The large 11.2-inch centre display provides intuitive access to key car functions, with navigation, media, phone and vehicle controls clearly organised for easy use. A contextual bar and quick-control view make frequently used functions readily accessible, while helping to reduce complexity for the driver.
The 12.3-inch driver information display shows all the essential driver information that’s needed to keep you constantly updated. It's designed to give you intuitive control and quick overview. The driver information display features two display modes showing different levels of information: Calm and Navi.
The head-up display projects key information, including speed, speed limits and navigation directions, directly into your field of vision. It automatically adjusts to lighting conditions and can be personalised to suit your preferences, including linking to the power-operated seat memory function.
Choose from five drive modes via the centre display, allowing you to easily adapt the car’s performance to different driving conditions. Options include Hybrid, Pure, Power, Off-road and Constant All-wheel Drive (AWD) for efficiency, electric driving, performance and enhanced traction.
Google built-in gives you access to Google Maps, Google Assistant and apps from Google Play, helping with navigation, charging, entertainment and vehicle controls using voice commands. A four-year digital services subscription with unlimited data is included with the purchase of a new Volvo, with a fee applying after this period.
XC90 Comfort and climate
The two-zone climate system lets front passengers set individual temperatures, while rear air vents help keep passengers comfortable. For added comfort, the optional four-zone system gives second-row passengers their own temperature controls, while the Volvo Cars app lets you pre-condition the cabin, warm the seats and steering wheel, and de-ice the windscreen.
The advanced air purifier helps keep the cabin air cleaner by filtering out up to 95% of PM 2.5 particles, with air quality continuously monitored and displayed on the centre screen. You can also compare indoor and outdoor air quality and pre-clean the cabin using the Volvo Cars app before you get in.
