A local Volvo retailer has announced the launch of its brand new £1.6 million showroom.
The new-look Bells Motor Group, on Riverfield Drive, features a signature lounge area complete with Scandinavian-designed furniture, which will allow future visitors to relax in the lounge with Swedish cakes and coffee, or carry on working with free Wi-Fi.
Large exterior and interior glazing allows customers to see all activity in the new workshops from – what feels like – the comfort of their living room. The retailer has also pledged that no refreshments will be served using single-use plastics – in fact, these have been removed from the showroom completely.
As well as the refurbishment, the Bedford-based retailer has also expanded, with a larger showroom and a greater display of petrol, fully electric and hybrid cars, as well as Volvo Selekt Approved Used models on the forecourt. Over 100 different checks ensure these Approved Used models are not just safe, but performing to a high standard with the latest Volvo parts and software.
Bells Motor Group will also shortly be offering a brand-new service to car owners – the new Volvo Personal Service, meaning technicians will liaise with the customer from the point of booking, right through to explaining the services – which they themselves will have carried out. Two Personal Service Technicians work together on each car, reducing the time it takes for the service to be carried out.
