Kia technicians work as part of a multi-skilled team and use the latest diagnostics equipment to deliver a higher standard of service, in less time than ever before. Kia Technicians are highly skilled and possess advanced technical knowledge of today’s cars. To be able to work effectively as part of a team, use your initiative, be eager to learn and have first-class organisational and planning skills are also essential parts of the job.
Apprentices can obtain the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to not only become an expert Kia technician or customer service advisor but also ensure they have a successful career with Kia whilst maximising personal growth.
What qualities do I need?
You will need patience, good problem-solving skills and an eye for detail. You will also be safety conscious and methodical in the way you work – even when working to a tight deadline. And as the car industry is now more technologically advanced than ever you must also be familiar with, and comfortable using, the latest technology.
A full driving licence is required.
