Materials reimagined.

Stylish, tactile vegan leather replaces regular leather for the seating surfaces, reducing animal skin processing.

Intuitive safety features.

There’s a true peace of mind that comes with knowing you and your passengers are taken care of, that risks are mitigated and every caution is applied. The new Kia EV9 uses advanced, intuitive safety features to bring autonomous driving one step closer, and to help keep you and everyone around your vehicle safe while driving and parking.

Your hub of connectivity.

The perfect journey is about knowing you have everything you need, right where you need it. In the EV9, you’ll discover features that make life on the road just as seamless and connected as busy lives demand. Large, clear displays of all the essentials. A sound system to immerse you in the audio of your choice. And enough EV charging options to keep everyone on board happy.

Kia App

Terms and Conditions

* Maximum charging speed

In order to achieve the maximum charging speed, EV9 must be charged at an 800-volt electric vehicle charger that delivers at least 210kW of electricity. The additionally added real-life range within 15 minutes is depending on different factors including the current state of charge of the battery, battery temperature, exterior weather conditions and the charger used. It is also defined by the individual driving style and energy consumption.

** Driving Range

The range was determined according to the standardized EU measurement procedure (WLTP). The individual driving style and other factors, such as speed, outside temperature, topography and the use of electricity-consuming devices/units, have an influence on the real-life range and can possibly reduce it.

7-year battery warranty

Kia high voltage lithium-ion battery-units in electric vehicles (EV), hybrid electric vehicles (HEV) and plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEV) are built to have a long life. These batteries are covered by the Kia warranty for a period of 7 years from initial registration or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first (8 years/100,000 miles for EV models registered from 01/01/2024). For low voltage batteries (48V and 12V) in mild-hybrid electric vehicles (MHEV), the Kia warranty covers a period of 2 years from initial registration regardless of mileage. For EVs and PHEVs only, Kia guarantees a 70% capacity of the battery. Capacity reduction of the battery in HEV and MHEV is not covered by the warranty. To minimise possible capacity reduction, consult the Owner's Manual. For full Kia warranty terms and exclusions click here.

Cars registered up to 31/12/2023: The Lithium-Ion Polymer Battery warranty covers a minimum capacity for a period is 84 months or 100,000 miles from the date of first registration, whichever comes first. Cars registered from 01/01/2024: The Lithium-Ion Polymer Battery warranty covers a minimum capacity for a period is 96 months (84 months for PHEV) or 100,000 miles from the date of first registration, whichever comes first.
