Kia Connect On-Board Services & Live Services
Access all the information you need for your trip.(3) Navigate the fastest route to any destination with real-time traffic data, including constantly updated adjustments and estimated arrival time. Using Kia Connect Services,(2) check parking availability, points of interest and charging stations - and keep an eye on the weather. Kia Connect also lets you use voice commands - like searching for a destination - so you get to the right destination with the least fuss.

Use the Kia Connect app (2) even when you're not in your car to save time and keep yourself connected. Going to an unfamiliar place? Set your destination in advance and send it to your car, or schedule charging sessions so your Niro EV or Plug-In Hybrid is ready when you need it. Once parked, let Last-Mile Navigation guide you to your final destination. Tap the Find My Car function to search for your car when you return. If someone else is driving your car, the Valet Parking function lets you keep an eye on your Niro’s location and driving stats.
Digital Charging Solution
Kia Charge provides access 24 UK charging networks, including bp pulse, Pod Point and many more across 28 other European countries – all from one app and card. Exclusively available to Kia drivers, Kia Charge also lets you take up an IONITY Power subscription, which unlocks the best value when charging within IONITY’s UK and European network of high-power EV charging stations. Use Kia Charge to plan journeys with charging stops, consult station information and view pricing. All your expenses are consolidated in one monthly invoice so public charging has never been easier!
Being able to charge at home helps reap the benefits of owning a Niro Plug-In Hybrid and Niro EV. That is why Kia have partnered with Pod Point and bp pulse – two of Britain’s largest and most experienced manufacturers and installers - to help you install your dedicated home car charger. What’s more, you can stop, start and schedule charging sessions using our Kia Connect app so your Niro is always ready when you need it.
