Purchase Ledger Clerk

Bells Motor Group are looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk at our dual franchise dealership in Northampton. Bells Motor Group have represented Volvo in Northampton for over 50 years and continues to expand at a rapid rate due to continued success, with new areas of growth creating key recruitment opportunities within the company. We are looking to recruit a smart and motivated individual to work as an Purchase Ledger Clerk at our head office in Northampton.

Duties:

  • Daily intercompany and bank reconciliation
  • Full purchase ledger function including payments and statement reconciliation
  • Full sales ledger function and credit control
  • Ad hoc reconciliation duties
  • Daily use of Kerridge / CDK.
  • Assisting Vehicle Administrator in various tasks

Details:

  • Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm with 1 hour lunch
  • Off-site parking provided
  • 22 days holiday plus bank holidays

About the Candidate:

  • Minimum 1 years accounts experience
  • IT skills, especially with Excel , experience with Kerridge / CDK would be advantageous but not essential
