Site Coordinator

Main Job Function

· Safely and efficiently move vehicles to their destinations within Bells Group sites.

· To ensure that Bells Motor Group provides a professional environment to visiting customers and ensuring they can safely park onsite.

· To enhance the reputation of Bells Motor Group at every opportunity when interacting with others.

Interaction & Reporting

Directly Responsible To:

· Josh Smith, Service Manager

Key Tasks & Performance Objectives

Assist The Dealership:

· Liaise with Sales & Service managers to plan efficient vehicle movements.

· Ensure access to the site is kept clear and there are always parking bays available for customers to use.

· Follow all traffic laws and regulations.

· Plan routes and schedules to optimise time management.

Customer Relations:

· Provide excellent customer service by being professional, courteous, and helpful.

Personnel:

· Co-operate with all staff and assist where required.

· Supervise members of the public if they are struggling to park.

Customer Service:

· Maintain standards of behaviour and appearance as expected by visitors.

· Always ensure professional and courteous customer contact.

· Alert Department Manager to any situations when customers are not being adequately attended to.

· Provide feedback on any process / business improvement suggestions.

Communication and Interaction:

· Maintain a close but professional relationship with Service Manager, Sales Manager and all other departmental staff.

· Alert Managers to any unusual or concerning situations.

Other Duties

Any other duties as and when required by senior company managers that are reasonably within the capabilities of the person and are aimed at achieving the company’s objectives and goals.

These could include:

· Customer vehicle collection and deliveries

· Customer lifts

· Assist the parts department.

Qualifications, Training & Experience

· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

· Proven experience as a driver or similar role

· Knowledge of local traffic laws and routes

· Excellent communication and customer service skills

· Must be reliable, punctual, and responsible.

Working Hours

Monday - Friday 8.30am - 6pm
