At the end of the contract you simply return the vehicle (subject to mileage and condition) without worrying about depreciation or disposal costs. 

Plus, Business Contract Hire is accounted for as a direct expense and therefore is off balance sheet. A minimum of 85% of the rental is allowable against corporation tax, and can be fully offset if the vehicle's CO2 emissions are under 160 g/km.
